Frequently Asked Questions

 

The following are questions we are asked most often.  Of course, if you prefer, call us at 443-402-1514, or email your questions to TheDineInDivas@comcast.net

 

1.   How do I order my meals?

 

Choose your items from the menu page (do not forget to type in your delivery date and time (also delivery address if different from billing address).  Verify your items in the shopping cart.  Proceed to checkout.  Use your PayPal account or click on Continue to use a credit card.  Fill out your billing information, verify and place your order.

 

Different Delivery Address:  Please type the address in the Delivery Info box after your date and time for each item.

2.   When can I start receiving service?

 

We require a 48 hour notice.  Example:  An order placed on Tuesday, October 2nd cannot be delivered until Thursday, October 4th.  For your convenience, you may order weekly or monthly.

  

3.   Can I change my order?

 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so within 48 hours of delivery as we cook your food just a few hours before it's delivered.

 

4.   Is your food "healthy" and "nutritiously balanced?"

 

Our meals follow the standards set by the nation's leading health authorities.  To do this we use the highest quality, natural ingredients, combined with low-fat, healthy cooking methods.  We also use controlled portioning to give you only the calories you need and the nutrients your body requires.

 

5.   I have food allergies.  Can I eat your food?

 

If you are in doubt, please email us a list of your allergic ingredient concerns to TheDineInDivas@comcast.net and we will respond about those items as related to your food choices.  Always make choices that best match the foods you can eat.
 

6.   When do you deliver? How much are fees, taxes, and tips?

 

Deliveries can be made to your office or home between the hours of 3 PM and 6 Pm, Monday through Friday, depending on your location.  We will email or call you with an estimated time of delivery.  All prices include delivery and all applicable taxes allowed.  There are no hidden fees.
 

7.   How do I prepare my meals?

  All meals are delivered "ready to heat and serve."  We also recommend plating the meals.  While our plastic containers are quite chic, we have found that our food looks even better on your favorite dinnerware, and that way no one has to know that you didn't cook it yourself.
 

8.   Can I make the text larger on the screen?

  Yes.  Click VIEW in the browser menu bar.  Scroll down and select TEXT SIZE, then choose your size.  Remember this will affect all websites that allow you this option.
